Anchor case: page 2 to page 1 in less than 2 months — in Tier 4 YMYL, the hardest SEO vertical on the open web (peo4you.com, regulated employee benefits). In the 25 calendar days that produced that climb we shipped the work of roughly 26 full-time marketing employees across OVERTAKE, PEO4YOU, and BIH properties. Here's the math, the evidence, and what it means for your business.
Read the timeframe carefully: these totals cover one 25-calendar-day production sprint. Not a month. Not a year. Twenty-five days, start to finish. Site work counted across OVERTAKE, PEO4YOU, and BIH; original article writing, image generation, and publishing pipeline all counted across the relevant properties. The figures below are the mid-range of the full accounting table further down.
Every 10/10 below is benchmarked against what other service-business marketing operations actually ship, not against the absolute ceiling of B2B SaaS marketing teams (Stripe, HubSpot, Linear) where 10/10 means a 200 person org with a seven figure annual budget. Inside the local-services category, the numbers below place this engine at the top of the field.
Here is the delta to our 9 to 10. Translated into the real currency: deals lost, leads bled, hours burned, dollars left on the table. These are operating ranges from inside the local-services category, not absolute B2B benchmarks.
Slow load, weak mobile, broken trust signals, no embedded tools.
No nurture sequences. No retargeting. No A/B testing. Lead form goes into a black hole.
Thin content, no schema, no editorial QC, no internal linking.
No schema markup, broken canonicals, missing hreflang, weak internal linking.
Every line below is work delivered inside the same 25 calendar days. These are not annualized projections.
| Deliverable (25-day sprint) | Volume | Hours per Unit | Total Hours | Market Value |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| OVERTAKE site rebuild & design system | 1 site | 800 to 1,200 hours | 800 to 1,200 hours | $40,000 to $60,000 |
| PEO4YOU site work & improvements | 1 site | 800 to 1,200 hours | 800 to 1,200 hours | $40,000 to $60,000 |
| BIH site work & improvements | 1 site | 800 to 1,200 hours | 800 to 1,200 hours | $40,000 to $60,000 |
| Vertical landing & conversion pages | 12 pages | 20 to 40 hours | 240 to 480 hours | $12,000 to $24,000 |
| Original long-form article writing (PEO4YOU source drafts) | 39 articles | 1.5 to 3 hours | 60 to 120 hours | $3,000 to $6,000 |

| WordPress & deployment infrastructure | 1 pipeline | 60 to 120 hours | 60 to 120 hours | $3,000 to $6,000 |
| Cloudflare & nginx optimization | 3 sites | 40 to 60 hours | 40 to 60 hours | $2,000 to $3,000 |
| Interactive calculators & embeds | 5 tools | 100 to 200 hours | 500 to 1,000 hours | $25,000 to $50,000 |
| Strategy, planning & oversight | 25 days | 30 to 40 hours | 750 to 1,000 hours | $37,500 to $50,000 |
| TOTAL (25 calendar days) | 4,015 to 6,310 hours | $200,750 to $315,500 |
Conservative mid-range valuation: ~5,200 hours at $50/hour blended rate = ~$258K equivalent for the 25-day sprint. Read that again: not per month, not per year. Per 25 days. (Article counts above: 39 original PEO4YOU drafts written from scratch; 117 total articles published across OVERTAKE, PEO4YOU, and BIH after voice-rewrite passes; 117 featured images generated.)
You're not hiring an agency that writes blogs and makes websites. You're getting access to a production engine built on 20 years of proven process. The numbers below cover what shipped inside the same 25-calendar-day window.
While other operators spend 3-6 months and $50K on a new site, you launch in weeks with a modern, mobile-optimized, conversion-focused website built to enterprise standards.
Other service businesses publish 1 to 2 blog posts per month. You'll have 4 to 8 per month, each optimized for local search, each with schema markup, each passing QC before publish.
Long-form, schema-rich, well-linked pages built for your category mean you can climb local search in 90 days while competitors stay at rank 18 with thin content.
This engine sends traffic. Real, qualified leads from Google. Not paid ads. Organic search intent from prospects actively looking for your services.
Most agencies guarantee neither. We guarantee both.

The result below is a real Overtake property, measured by Google Search Console on its own domain. peo4you.com is our in-house site in the hardest vertical we serve, insurance and employee benefits, and it is where our newest automation engine is now outperforming our own past best work. The chart further down shows the full timeline.
This is the proof case for why Tier 4 is so much harder, and why the new engine matters. From February 2025 through February 2026, thirteen straight months, peo4you.com averaged Google search position 39.5. Bottom of page 4. Stuck. In the most regulated, most over-credentialed, most algorithmically-suspicious vertical on the open web. 286K impressions and 773 clicks across the entire window, averaging single-digit clicks per day. That is what employee-benefits SEO looks like without the new system. Then in March 2026 we deployed our new automation engine. The Mar 1 - Apr 14 window: average position climbed to 14.3, with 116K impressions and 316 clicks. The last 16 days (Apr 12 - Apr 28): average position 12.6, 47.1K impressions, 133 clicks. The most recent 7 days (Apr 22 - Apr 28) tightened further: average position 11.8, 22.6K impressions, 51 clicks. And on Apr 28 the property cracked the top 10 for the first time ever, at average position 9.1. Direct A/B in 8-day blocks: Apr 9-16 (avg pos 13.4, 93 clicks, 22.8K impressions) versus Feb 21-28 (avg pos 18.3, 44 clicks, 11.4K impressions). 2x the clicks, 2x the impressions, 5 positions improvement, in roughly six weeks. 9 days after a 3-site duplicate-content penalty hit, the system rebounded the client back to page-2-bordering-page-1 territory. Same engine we are now selling. Same vertical. Same Google.
The pre-engine GSC window (Jan 2025 – Feb 2026, US) is sharper than a single-number summary suggests. The first eight straight months — Feb through Sept 2025 — were a genuine flatline at avg position #59, single-digit clicks per day, the property stuck in the bottom of the SERP. Oct–Nov 2025 (avg #23) was the prior engine compounding before its successor shipped. Impression-weighted across the full 14-month window: avg position 39.5. That's what the BEFORE column in the tier table below measures, roughly the Top 30% slice of this vertical. The hockey-stick March–April 2026 breakout is the visible inflection point of the new engine, distinct from the prior-engine drift — the moment the curve bends decisively. The 9-day post-penalty rebound is proof of system robustness. The PROJECTED column extrapolates that breakout velocity forward, conservatively, to where Tier 4 lands once the engine compounds. Every band below is anchored on real client data.
